Shipping method (within Australia)
Shipping on all new watch purchases is complimentary and fulfilled via a premium registered service (StarTrack). A signature is required on delivery, and parcels cannot be sent to PO boxes. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection.
Shipping time & tracking
Most deliveries to Australian metro areas arrive overnight. Major regional centres typically take two business days, and remote areas can take up to five. Please refer to the tracking details sent to your email once your order has been dispatched for information specific to your shipment. If you experience any issues, please contact us.
International Shipping
We ship our watches internationally, typically via DHL. An additional shipping charge applies to international orders and varies by region. If your region is not selectable at checkout, please contact us & we can organise a shipping quote to your location.
