Service & Repairs
For all servicing and repair enquiries, please complete the request form and we will be in contact with further information and instructions. Please note that repairs can take up to one month to complete once received at our workshop.
We frequently carry out a general service to return a Coinwatch to like-new condition. This typically includes:
- Full disassembly of all components for thorough cleaning, including ultrasonic cleaning
- Replacement of seals and gaskets
- New battery and movement if required
- Repair of damage, such as resetting dials and hands
Warranty
If your watch is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and meets the terms and conditions outlined therein, please select “Warranty” from the service type option. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
