Refund & return policy
As each COINWATCH is made to order for the individual customer, returning an ordered watch incurs a significant non-recoverable cost to us. For this reason, all watch orders are final and non-refundable, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Custom orders:
All sales of custom-configured watches are final and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. If you require any additional information prior to purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we are always happy to assist.
Pre-made watches:
Pre-made, ready-to-ship watches may be returned within 30 days of purchase (with proof of purchase), provided:
- All protective wrapping and tags remain intact.
- The watch is returned in its original packaging.
- The watch is in unused and undamaged condition.
Accessories: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, accessories such as spare bands may be returned provided they are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to offer a refund or store credit, provided production of your watch has not commenced.
Return shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
